Oil industry leader Petron Corporation recently awarded the first pair of winners of its Petron High Octane Surprize promo, in simple ceremonies held last January 14. The promo, which runs until January 31, 2009, gives lucky customers of Petron's high-octane fuels Petron XCS and Petron Blaze a chance to grab brand new mobile phones and premium items in Petron service Stations in Metro Manila.

An excited Maria Kristine Pamatmat went home with a brand new Nokia N95 mobile phone for filling up her car with Petron XCS at the Petron Service Station in Bel-Air, Makati City. A wide-eyed Rowena Uy, on the other hand, is now the proud owner of a sleek and stylish Nokia N96 mobile phone for fueling up with Petron Blaze at the Petron Service Station in P. Guevarra, San Juan City. They are the first set of winners in the Petron High Octane Surprize promo, running for the rest of January.

"I have been using Petron XCS for more than two years now, because I have noticed that my car has run better and my fuel economy has improved ever since I started using it," beamed Kristine Pamatmat.
