Just to let all of you know, it's enough for me that I will be part of this big event together with my boss, Sir Ron delos Reyes (and hell yeah, I'm his loyal sidekick, hiyah!!!). Seriously though, it would be a quick twist of fate because we have been used to delivering motoring news. And now, we will be a part of it (a big one at that!)...
I was out for a Friday gimmick (May 19) with former Agatep officemates to share my latest stories especially the big news about our participation for the Petron Fuel Success Run. On my way home around 4am, I gassed up in a nearby Petron station. The gasoline crew was very cheerful in assisting me and I ended up chatting with both of them about the upcoming Petron event. I just asked them if they know about it at first and they were like “Bakit ma’am, kasali kayo?” I smiled and nodded as I handed my payment. Much to my surprise, they were more excited than I was! They immediately handed over my receipt, cleaned my wind shield and wrote down my whole name, team name, the exact website and date on the blank space of a No Smoking sign posted on the wall! They also noticed that I was driving a Honda Jazz and warmly asked if it will be our car entry (while one was busy doing the squeegee-thing in front of me)...
